Montessori Education offers the child freedom within a structured environment, exciting learning materials, and trained teachers who respect the child's unique way of learning.

Practical Life: This includes large water works, and a baking center. There are lots of opportunities for children to develop concentration, independence and co-ordination through the use of every-day activities like pouring, using kitchen utensils and sewing.

Sensorial: Our traditional Montessori materials from healthy minds by developing concentration and focus for strong executive function. Children explore these materials as a precursor and introduction to the mathematics and language materials.

Academics: We offer daily playful experiences to build strong numeracy and language skills. For those who show readiness and interest, we offer advanced lessons in math and reading. Our full-day pre-K and kindergarten program fully prepares children to meet the academic and social demands of kindergarten and 1st grade.

Cultural: Thematic child-led curriculum in STEM subjects are introduced in age appropriate lessons, with lots of hands-on exploration.

The Arts: We have a fully stocked art room with experiences with all mediums including painting, drawing, a pottery wheel, and design lessons for older children. Our annual art show gives children a chance to display their work.

We offer music experiences every day that include singing, percussion instruments, dance and a Ukelele band.

Social, emotional and spiritual:

We strive to educate the whole child which includes not only the mind through our academic program and the physical through the movement-oriented Montessori program, but also the social, emotional and spiritual side of a child.

We are not affiliated with any particular Christian denomination or theological ideology

We accept and welcome children and families of all faiths

We honor all family expressions of faith.

We honor the spirit of every child. We talk about how every person in the world has a right to be respected no matter where they are from, what they look like, or what they believe. We honor the spirit of a child as a unique being who is building him/herself into the person he/she is to become, which includes his/her own faith walk.

We teach morality through social norms. We talk about morality in the context of the children's social development.

Our aim is to create a loving, peaceful community of learners by practicing social skills.
