Mrs Jo Hooker-
Owner, Program Director and Head Teacher (Guide)
Mrs Jo is a Native Australian who has lived in the Eugene area since marrying Tim 30 years ago. They have two adult children, Allana who is married and lives in Australia and Justin who lives in Portland.
Mrs Jo is a certified Montessori teacher through both AMI and AMS and brings 30+ years of Early Childhood experience to her school.
She adds to this a love of travel and other cultures, music, and organic gardening.
Mrs Jo is an ORO Step 8.5 and is working on her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology.
Mrs Jo heads up the older care group of Pre K/K.
Tim is the husband of Jo and the owner of the school.
Tim is our School Administrator. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business and Spanish and a Masters degree in International Management and Accounting as well as over 30+ years of management experience both locally and internationally.
Tim brings to our school a love of travel, literature and a deep Christian faith with strong principles.

Mrs Amanda Oftendahl, Teacher.
Mrs Amanda is originally from Southern California where she studied Early Childhood Education and gained several years of experience in Montessori schools especially with toodlers.
Mrs Amanda brings to our school organizational ability, strong principles and lots of fun games and songs. She loves arts and crafts and computer design, and is gifted with creativity which she uses whenever she gets a chance.
Mrs Amanda, with her extensive experience with toddlers and ORO Step 8.5, will head up the younger care group.
Tiffany Dowell, Assistant
Tiffany hails from California and this is her first position after graduating High School. Tiffany won a place in the United States Year Book for her achievements in Science, and has a heart for and experience working with special needs children. She is also fluent in Sign Language which she shares with the children. She loves learning new skills that she teaches to the children.
Tiffany brings to our school a big loving heart for children, a strong work ethic and a cheerful calm demeanor.
Tiffany's aspirations include working with children and one day becoming a mom herself.
